Integral Yoga or the Complete Science of Yoga
Integral Yoga is an integration of multiple types of yoga (HATHA, TANTRA, MANTRA, RAJA etc.) in a coherent and unitary system which successfully promotes the complete and harmonious development of all the wonderful aspects of the human being on a physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual level.
The Integral Yoga techniques make perfectly possible the 24h yoga practice while continuing the life of a modern man, because Integral Yoga aims to integrate the human life, with all its positive aspects, into a higher universal harmony.
The Integral Yoga approach in our school is gradual, yet intensive, with the emphasis on the newest discoveries of the modern science (physics, medicine, psychology etc) which help us to better understand the yoga phenomenon.

Yoga Classes Online
Classes of Integral Yoga online are available for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
Live audio and video internet instructions following the schedule of Yoga Professor Gregorian Bivolaru take place weekly, under the watchful eye of a well trained instructor.
The online yoga course represents a new option for remote students as well as for single parents or nursing mothers that would like to attend live yoga classes in the confines of their own home.
Just a few clicks away the online yoga course also suits best the busy travelers that have access to the internet.
For technical reasons the number of students in one class is small; yet this works in the students` advantage for getting the extra one-on-one attention during the class.

WHERE DO WE COME FROM?
US Yoga Academy is the American branch of Europe’s largest yoga school: MISA - Movement of Spiritual Integration in the Absolute, founded by Yoga Professor Gregorian Bivolaru.
Unfortunately our spiritual mentor still is the subject of severe persecutions and violations of the human rights by the Romanian state authorities and media denigration for the simple fact he peacefully practices yoga. Presently he is under political asylum in Sweden.
