What is Integral Medicine?
During this web event, Ms. Virginia Marginean and Mr. Wolfgang Ellenberger will debate the term "integral medicine" designed to include not only integrative or holistic medicine, but also principles and methods of the Integral Yoga system along with other spiritual traditions.
You will have the opportunity to learn about and enroll in our online yoga course. As a special promotion, you will receive two classes for free, prior to signing up.
Yoga Classes Online
Classes of Integral Yoga online are available for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
Live audio and video internet yoga classes take place weekly, guided by a well trained instructor.
The online yoga course represents a new option for remote students, as well as for single parents or nursing mothers that would like to attend live yoga classes in the confines of their own home. Just a few clicks away the online yoga course also suits best the busy travelers that have access to the internet.
However, where possible, we do recommend attending one of our yoga classes on site. We are aware that internet has its limits, so being present in a real yoga class has many advantages. Check www.usyoga.net for locations of our yoga courses in the USA.
Because of the gradual practical training and teaching lessons conducted by a competent yoga teacher and performed in unison with several colleagues worldwide, the online yoga classes are an efficient option recommended also to the correspondence students.
