Introductory Yoga Classes for Beginners - Description

Our Yoga Classes for Beginners are open to walk-ins. Thay are a way to gradually introduce new comers to our system of teaching and practice.
They also create a very good base for attending the Integral Yoga Course, for those who want to progress more quickly in their yoga knowledge.
We will not provide written materials for the beginners course. |
Each practical session contains:
- Hatha Yoga techniques, including:
- warm-up exercises
- asanas (motionless or dynamic physical postures)
- the complete yogic relaxation
- Mind focus techniques
- Music Meditations (we use music as a way of creating resonance with specific energies)
- Presentation of theoretical elements with practical applicability:
- Resonance
- Nutrition
- Yin/Yang Concepts
- Karma Yoga
- Yama and Niyama
- Chakras - Centers of Force

The practice is focused on easy yoga techniques. The progressive approach prepares the body and its energetical structures for the successful practice of advanced methods.
The exercises are practiced under the guidance of our yoga instructors who have an extensive practical experience. Even for those students who are less flexible in the beginning, the yoga techniques will prove to be extremely efficient if they practice with patience and focus upon the subtle energetic flow.
