The teaching is gradual, starting with easy yoga techniques. The progressive approach prepares the body and its energetical structures for the successful practice of advanced methods.
The exercises are practiced under the guidance of our yoga instructors who have an extensive practical experience. Even for those students who are less flexible in the beginning, the yoga techniques will prove to be extremely efficient if they practice with patience and focus upon the subtle energetic flow.
All elements taught in our yoga course aim to give you methods to live a healthy, harmonious and happy life.
More than that, you will find out unique information about concentration and meditation, as well as the secrets of colors, esoteric astrology, healthy aging tehniques, purification methods, the secrets of Ten Great Cosmic Powers from the Oriental tradition, Laya Yoga and much much more.
